The services and fees noted in these Schedules C-1 and C-2 are current as of 1-20-25, and are subject to change from time to time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & PAID
Customer Service – Telephone & EmailNote: regarding the standard billing for phone transactions, Omeda will bill for all phone transactions as one total figure each month (not by Brand or Product); if Client requires billing by Brand or Product, Client will need to purchase a separate line for each Brand or Product. $  1.20 per minute per standard phone transaction; $3.75 per standard email transaction (monthly minimum of $250 for phone and email transactions); (Note: standard transaction pricing based on existing requirements and paid volumes; additional paid, online and/or tech support phone transactions to be quoted separately); plus External Costs, billed as used.

Monthly plans credits do not carry over to the following month. Annual plan credits are all available immediately and can be used at any time during the subscription period. Fees noted herein are exclusive of carrier fees and charges, which shall be billed monthly in arrears on a pass-through basis. Base Fee includes one phone number; additional toll-free numbers to be billed at $3.50 per month.

Credits usage summary: A single toll-free SMS message technically supports up to 152 characters, or up to 66 characters if the message contains Unicode characters like emoji. Modern phones, however, support message concatenation which compiles individual SMS segments into what appears as a single readable text message for the end user. Each SMS segment will equal a single credit. Omeda also supports the sending of MMS message segments; each MMS segment will equal 3 credits. To further clarify, each credit can be used for 1 SMS segment or 1/3 of an MMS segment. Depending on the length of the message, a single text message may be made up of multiple segments.

SMS plans automatically renew per the previous plan tier, unless written notice of any changes or non-renewal is provided by Client not less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the next plan term.

 

SCHEDULE C-2

Email: Services and Fees

In addition to the fees described in the Order Form or Schedule C-1, certain additional charges may apply for services requested of Omeda staff, as follows:

  1. For any deployment to be performed by Omeda staff, a setup charge of $150 will apply, in addition to any other charges noted herein or in the Order Form or Schedule C-1.
  2. For any deployment to be performed by Omeda staff, a rush charge of $125 shall apply to any deployment that is required to be deployed in less than 24 hours after submission, or to any deployment that requests a test be sent as soon as possible regardless of the scheduled deployment date.
  3. If a deployment request to be performed by Omeda staff is submitted incomplete, Omeda will request 24 hours turnaround after receipt of the list or creatives, which may affect the original scheduled date and time. If the deployment is sent at the original scheduled date and time, a rush charge will be applied. In order to avoid a rush charge, Client should submit completed Omeda deployment requests with 24 hours turnaround.
  4. For an Omeda deployment request to be performed by Omeda staff, if Client desires more than two revisions to the message of an individual order after the deployment request has been received by Omeda, a modification charge of $50 shall apply for each change thereafter. A list of possible changes may include some of the following: a change to From or Subject line, or spelling corrections.
  5. Omeda will provide a generic unsubscribe page and unsubscribe link free of charge to the Client. However, should the Client desire any modifications to the unsubscribe page, web programming will be billed at $150 per hour.
  6. A processing charge of $0.75 per request shall apply to any customer service requests (e.g., change of email address, unsubscribe requests, whitelist requests, etc.) resulting from a mass email deployment (e.g., Reply emails) which Omeda processes for Client. A processing charge of $.08 per spam message reviewed shall apply to spam messages resulting from a mass email deployment which Omeda reviews on Client’s behalf. A fee of $0.15 shall apply per junk email in the valid Client inbox that is moved to trash by Omeda staff (Note: this is a mandatory service for Clients using Omeda email services).
  7. A merge/purge charge based on email address only shall apply to each order, provided that the lists are provided to Omeda in .CSV format (see chart below). If the number of lists to be merge/purged exceeds two lists, an additional $50 Email merge/purge list charge will be applied to each list exceeding two lists.

For merge/purges based on fields other than email address, the merge/purge charges detailed in the Order Form or Schedule C-1 will apply. These fees apply only to requests made by Client that are performed by Omeda staff.

  1. A merge/purge rush charge shall apply to any order that requires same day or next day turnaround on any suppression list that contains anything other than email addresses. Please refer to pricing in the Order Form or Schedule C-1. This fee applies only to requests made by Client that are performed by Omeda staff.
  2. A formatting charge of $50 per list shall apply to any list of email addresses provided by the Client to Omeda that is not in a .CSV format and needs to be converted in order to properly execute a deployment. This fee will also be applied if Omeda needs to modify the list in any way (examples of this include adding a header record, appending pin numbers or promo codes). Any unusual formats may be subject to an additional fee. These fees apply only to requests made by Client that are performed by Omeda staff.
  3. A preparation charge of $50 shall apply to each order if Omeda is requested to host an image or multiple images, insert an unsubscribe link or any associated verbiage, insert a link or links into designated areas within message copy, create a “trackable” link, or in any way prepare the messages or lists for deploying. This fee applies only to requests made by Client that are performed by Omeda staff.
  4. A cancellation charge of $50 shall apply to any order that has been cancelled after the testing process has begun. This fee shall be applied in conjunction with any other fees associated with the order. This fee applies only to requests made by Client that are performed by Omeda staff.
  5. An HTML/text creation will be billed at $150 per hour and shall apply to any order that requires Omeda to create an HTML or text creative. This fee applies only to requests made by Client that are performed by Omeda staff.
  6. An Email & FTP charge shall apply to any order that requires a file be sent to the Client. The file may consist of encrypted reader numbers, pin numbers, or opt-outs. Please refer to pricing in the Order Form or Schedule C-1.
  7. A fee of $50 shall apply to any order that must be stopped after it has been scheduled to deploy. This fee shall be applied for each occurrence.
  8. Email invoices or renewals to be sent by Omeda staff to be billed at $40 per deployment, in addition to any other applicable charges.
